Monofloral honey from different species of eucalyptus, mainly from the white flowering variety that grows in our environment near the sea. Its color is light amber with greenish reflections that turn dark brown when it solidifies into medium-sized crystals. It has a smell of wet wood that transports us to the shadowy forests of the land of Erleak. The sensations on the palate persist with sweetness over traces of acidic notes.
